What Are the Rules for Parking?
Each townhouse gets 1 reserved parking space (marked and numbered)—use it first before any other spot.
Households limited to max 3 vehicles overnight in the lot: 1 reserved + up to 2 unreserved.
Extra vehicles or guests should park on Twin Branches Road.

What Are Trash and Recycling Schedules?
Trash is collected two (2) times per week, on Mondays and Thursdays.
Recycling is collected one (1) time per week, on Fridays.
Our waste removal company, Republic Services, operates on a delayed schedule following certain holidays or inclement weather. For holiday schedules and other notices, please visit their website (https://www.republicservices.com/schedule).
Trash and recycling should be placed outside the home on the morning of pickup or late in the evening the day before. Trash should be packed into heavy-duty dark plastic trash bags, either sealed at the top or into well-maintained trash cans with sealable lids.

How to Make HOA Payments?
The HOA assessment fees for the Carriage Gate Cluster Association are due quarterly.
Payments can be made through CPM Connect, a platform designed to provide a more intuitive, secure, and mobile-friendly experience for managing your property, submitting payments, and communicating with management.
